2020 Special Events are still in planning stages, but here’s what we did in 2019!

Gourmet Dinner menus
Dinner #1: Monday, June 10
Chef Robert Barr of the Sedona Culinary Institute at Yavapai College has created a special menu to pair with your film. Dinner is $75 and includes 3-course meal, wine pairings provided from the award-winning Southwest Wine Center at Yavapai College, tax, and a ticket to the feature film Olympia.
If Life Imitates Art, Food is our Masterpiece
Salad: Colorful Spring Greens, with Multi-Berries Vinaigrette and Parmesan Hatching style Crisp.
Entre & Sides: A Painter’s Palette of Herbed Polenta, Southern style Grill Chicken Breast, with various Sauce pools of Smoked Tomato and Beet Coulis, Yellow and Green Pepper Velouté, supplied with Painters Brushes of Asparagus.
Dessert: Finished with A Composed Artistry of Salted Caramel Paint, timed with Gateaù au Chocolat, in a settings of Candied Crisp Strawberries, and Pistachio Glitter.
Dinner #2: Wednesday, June 12
Chef Barry Barbe of El Gato Azul has created a special menu to pair with your film. Dinner is $75 and includes a 3-course meal, wine pairings provided by Hensley Beverage, tax, and a ticket to the feature film Ruben Brandt, Collector.
Appetizer: Flatbread, Lavosh, Cheddar Water Crackers, Kitchen Fresh and paired with Glazed Figs, Honey Chevre, and Balsamic Spread
Salad: Quinoa & Arugula Salad, Red Quinoa, Vegetable and Feta Fritter, topped with a Arugula, Fresh Berries, with a Tarragon Vinaigrette
Entre & Sides: Your choice of Pistachio Encrusted Black Grouper, Served over Basmati Rice with a Citrus Buerre Blanc, or Rosemary Lamb Chops with Yukon Potato Croquettes and Butternut Squash Hash
Dessert: Chef’s Choice
Both dinners will be served in the upper lobby of the Performing Arts Center.
