The Pretend One
Roger and his adult daughter Charlie run a busy cotton farm in Australia. There’s not much time for socializing, but that doesn’t matter to Charlie. She still has her imaginary friend from childhood, Hugo. Hugo has stayed with her into adulthood despite concerns from her family and her therapist. But – When a real man is forced into her life, Hugo’s existence is threatened and Charlie finds herself caught in the middle. Then Hugo realizes he’s in love with Charlie and fights to become real.
